Pawan Puli music rights sold for whooping amount

Pawan Kalyan's last hit Jalsa set a record as Aditya Music Company bought the marketing rights for the film's music for over Rs.one crore. Now again, Puli's music is all set to be sold to the highest bidder for over Rs.three crores. Puli, starring Pawan Kalyan, is produced by Singanamala Ramesh Babu under Kanakaratna Media banner and is directed by SJ Suryah.

Insiders say that though Sony had bid upto Rs. two crores, the makers decided to wait for a higher offer as the Pawan Kalyan and S.J. Suryah team is expected to churn out a bigger hit.

Kushi, directed by S.J. Suryah seven years ago starring Pawan Kalyan was a super-duper hit, and was remade in Tamil and Hindi. The remakes too were big box office earners.

Hansika out new mumbai heroine In for PULI

SJ Surya busy in shooting his Puli with Pawan Kalyan, The unit shifted to Hyderabad after Talakona schedule. Now the shoot is progressing in and around Hyderabad.

Hansika is supposed to play the female lead but she couldn't give the bulk dates (approx.100 call sheets) for Puli, SJ Surya is going after fresh girl Naksha from Mumbai. Another girl Jyothi Krishna (Ali's Tinnama Padukunnama Tellarinda fame) is playing the second lead.

Bollywood cinematographer Binod Prardhan is handling the camera. AR Raheman has already tuned two songs for the film. The film is scheduled for December release.

Pawan's Jalsa 100 run completes.

Subsequent to 'Kushi' after seven years again Jalsa brought lot of smiles on the face of Pavan Kalyan. In between flicks that released gave big disappointment. Pavan style story, characterization by Trivikram Srinivas and publicity by Allu Arvind has brought lot of good news for the flick. Collections for this flick in couple of weeks surprised all the analysts, and was super duper hit at box office. As it was released to a high level range so after fifty days flick could not run in many theaters. Today Jalsa has completed 100 days. The film made huge business of Rs40 crores in 4 weeks run and the film made another record by collecting Rs4 crores in Overseas.

Script of Pawan's dream project is ready

Pawan Kalyan wanted to make the film Sathyagrahi with producer AM Rathnam. This was before the release of Pawan's Bagaram. But Bangaram bombed at box office and then the project was shelved temporarily.

But Sathyagrahi is the Pawan's dream project and now Nukarapu Surya Prakash Rao (Surya News Paper)is planning to revive the project and first round discussions with Pawan already completed successfully.

Pawan is ready with the script and it may go on floors after Puli completes its shoot.

Pawan kalyan meets all districts presidents

Pawan Kalyan met with all district presidents of Mega fans in Geetha arts office on Saturday. Every President was trying to convince Pawan to benefit something personally, by showing the paper cuttings of the social service done by them in their respective districts. Pawan who could smell the intension of Mega Presidents, directed all the Mega presidents to go ahead with Ward committees in each village.

Pawan is identifying the fake Mega fans who are not who aren’t really have the deep rooted love for the society.

Puli shooting started without much hype

There were rumors that Pawan Kalyan’s Puli might get delayed as the director SJ Surya recently met an accident. The buzz is that Puli is ready to hit floors today i.e. 21st June without creating much hype. Produced by Singanamala Ramesh on the banner of Kanakaratna Creations with Hansika playing the female lead would go for regular from today.

It is learnt that the schedule was planned at an old building in Dilsukh Nagar. Music director AR Rahman is working with Pawan Kalyan for the first time with this film.

Pawan kalyan becomes advisor for Chiranjeevi

Actor Pawan Kalyan is assisting his brother Chiranjeevi with his agenda for Chiru's political party. Pawan along with brother Nagababu and Allu Aravind is among the close knit team of advisors for Chiranjeevi.

While Chiranjeevi will take a plunge into politics in August, Pawan will wait till the next assembly elections before entering into active politics. Pawan wants to finish his films on hand Puli and also Sathyagrahi. Pawan is incorporating his Common Man Protection force in the story of Sathyagrahi.

S.J surya met with accident - Puli shooting postpone?

Actor-director S.J.Surya is now busy doing in the lead role in a Tamil movie ‘Newtonin 3am Vidhi’, directed by Thaimuthu Selvan. Its an action oriented movie.

S.J.Surya serious injuries while shooting a stunt sequence for the movie ‘Newtonin 3am Vidhi’ near Chennai on Saturday. He was admitted to a private hospital with bleeding injuries.

Shooting for the Newtonin 3am Vidhi was taken near Velacherry, Chennai. According to the scene S.J.Surya will be chased by villains. S.J.Suryah was riding a bike while villains sit in few cars, jeeps and trucks. Un-expectedly, one of the vehicle hit the bike of Surya and Surya was thrown in the air. S.J.Suryah fall down flat on the floor causing injuries to his face.

S.J.Suryah was immediately rushed to a private hospital nearby. Doctors advised 15 days of rest for him. The shooting was eventually called off.So even the shooting of pawan's puli which is expected to go to sets on 20th of this month may get postpone due to serious injury for surya.Hope he will recover soon.Get well soon surya..

Finally pawan found the heroine for puli

The girl with chubby cheeks, Hansika Motwani, made her debut into the Telugu film industry through ‘Desamuduru’ opposite Allu Arjun. After taking considerable gap, she played the female lead in ‘Kantri’ with NTR as hero. Now, according to sources in Film Nagar, she got a lifetime opportunity to play heroine to Power Star Pawan Kalyan in ‘Puli’. It is worth mentioning here that ‘Puli’ directed by SJ Surya and produced by Singanamala Ramesh on the banner of Kanakaratna Creations, is likely to start rolling from June 20.

The director and producer tried to rope in Priyanka Chopra or Kareena Kapoor in the female lead. However, they expressed their inability saying that they were busy with their Bollywood films. Finally, the opportunity knocked the doors of Hansika. The film will have music from AR Rehman while camera will be held by Vinod.

Pawan kalyan puli is mass entertainer

Power Star Pawan Kalyan's Puli is beginning to roll from 21st June in 7 acres Annapurna Studios. The shoot will not take place with 4000 junior artists as it was said earlier. Only 15 junior artists are going to participate in the shoot on the opening day.

After shooting for 4 days at Annapurna, the unit leave for Talakona forests. It is 20days schedule at Talakona forests.

Hansika is the main heroine and Parvathi will flash for few minutes and disappear. SJ Surya is the director. AR Raheman is the music director.

Pawan kalyan signed another film after puli

Pawan Kalayan's Puli will go on sets from 20th June. SJ Surya, AR Raheman , Hansika and Parvathi Melton are working for this film. Singamala Ramesh is producing the film.

On the other hand, the filmnagar sources reveal that Pawan has signed another film that would for producer Nukarapu Surya Prakash Rao. He is the Chief of Surya News daily paper. It is also heard that Surya Prakash Rao has paid Rs2 crores in advance to Pawan. This film will go on floor once Pawan completes Puli.

Gaddhar & Pawan meet to discuss ?

Praja Gaayakudu Gaddhar was invited by Pawan kalyan and both met atPawan's residence in Hyderabad on 5th June.

As for the reliable sources, the main agenda discussed was obviously about Telangana.As Megastar is going to launch a political party in August, Pawan is said to have taken the advises of Gaddhar to solve Telangana problems. And at the same time, Pawan is said to have taken the opinion of statehood for Telangana issue with Gaddhar.

Gaddhar is from Telangana and he has long standing experience in fighting Telangana problems.

Pawan's Puli shoot preponed

Power Star Pawan Kalyan's Puli is scheduled to begin its regular shoot from 23rd June. But the film will begin 3 days before the scheduled time, it will go on floors from 20th June. An action episode is planned with 4000 junior artists on the opening day shoot.

SJ Surya who made the film Kushi with Pawan is directing this film where Pawan is playing dual roles. A R Raheman is composing the music. The film is scheduled for next summer release. The heroine of the film is yet to be finalized.

Pawan's Puli shooting starts from 23rd June.

The regular shoot of Pawan Lalyan's Puli with director S J Surya will go for regular shoot from 23rd of June. Singamala Ramesh is producing the film. A R Raheman is composing the music for Paawan's film and it is first time combination of Pawan & Raheman.

SJ Surya wanted to rope Raheman for his Kushi with Pawan few years back, but that couldn't materialized due to some reasons.

Pawan is going to play dual roles for the film and one of them will be of a powerful police officer.

Pawan PULI Special News

The Kushi hero Pawan and director SJ Surya are getting ready for their next film titled Puli.

The pre-production work is in progress for the film.

AR Raheman is composing the music and already finalized two tunes for the film.

Guhan is the cinematographer for this film.

The latest we heard from filmanagar that the Bollywood heroine Priyanka Chopra was approached to play the female lead. And photo session of Priyanka will be held in the first week of June

Pawan is playing dual roles and one of them will be a police officer role. He is taking proper care and training to don the police officer role.

Parugu for Jalsa, Kantri for Parugu and now…

This summer has witnessed three big releases until now . First it was Jalsa which hit the theaters on April 2nd and next Parugu released exactly after a month and a week later Kantri followed.

Next it is Bujjigadu's turn to test its luck. This is slated to release on May 22nd. Number of big budget films releases in summer every year and this year too that custom continued. Surprisingly, no two films clashed on the same date or in the same week this time. This is on account of the mutual cooperation between the filmmakers.

Dil Raju postponed Parugu by a week for Jalsa on the request of Chiranjeevi and Aswini Dutt has postponed Kantri release for two days as Dil Raju requested him. And now Puri's Bujjigadu which is scheduled to release on May 16 is delayed for a week and thus helping the Kantri's initial run.

This is a welcome change in Tollywood as this kind of mutual cooperation serves the films to gain more collections in the first week itself. Nowadays the producers are heavily banking on the first week's collections to get back the investment. When there is a clash between two or more big films it only decreases the gain percentage, and it affects each other's benefits for sure. Hope this trend stays for a long time to come.

Now Konda Krishnam Raju ( producer of Sree Ramadasu) has registered the title for his next film as ‘ Premante Suluvu Kaaduraa.

This film will go on floors after Konda Krishnam Raju completing dubbing work of his Sree Ramadasu in Hindi, Tamil, Marati, Gujarathi. Bojipuri etc..

Is pawan kalyan paid less than Mahesh babu?

Producer Singamala Ramesh is making two big budget films in Telugu. One is with Pawan Kalyan and SJ Surya and the film is titled as Puli.

And another film is with Mahesh and Trivikram Sreenivas , to be titled as Varudu.

Producer is paying Rs 8 crores to Mahesh Babu as remuneration, and Pawan is paid only Rs 6 crores. Both the films are estimated to cost around Rs60 crores for the producer.
